Indeed, what does hair has to do with being Africans? Why can’t we Africans do what we want with our hair without being judged for it? Why can all the girls on the planet style their hair as they like but we Africains can’t? Because my hair is relaxed I am not black enough?
Because you have natural hair, it means that you are better than me? that you embrace your blackness and I don’t? when is all this nonsense going to stop? I am a litlle bit tired of those kind of stereotypes and I do believe that each and anyone of us has the right to do what we see fit with our own hair. Live and let live!
